Who we are
Reclaim2K (full name: Reclaim2K: APP for Building Digital Wellness Through Biblical Meditation / Reclaim2K - 透過默想聖經建立數字健康 APP) is a school-led, non-commercial digital wellness devotion platform operated by CNEC Lau Wing Sang Secondary School (中華傳道會劉永生中學), 323 San Ha Street, Chai Wan, Hong Kong. The application is offered free of charge to all students, teachers, parents, schools, and the public, with no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no third-party tracking SDKs.

What we collect
From everyone using the app
- Anonymous crash reports and operational diagnostics via Expo's standard reporting (used to fix bugs and to deliver over-the-air content updates).
If you join through your school
- Your name (as recorded on your school's student roster)
- Your class, class number, and date of birth (for login verification against your school's roster)
- Your in-app activity — daily devotion completions, focus-session counts, mini-game scores, planted-tree progression — so your teachers can see your progress and your parents can encourage you
- Optional content you choose to submit — Suno worship songs, HTML mini-games, testimonies, prayer requests, slogan posters. All submissions are reviewed by a super-admin before publishing.
- Optional screen-time screenshots that you choose to upload for the weekly check-in.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your location.
- We do not collect your contacts, calendar, audio files, browsing history, or files on your device.
- We do not collect any device advertising IDs (no Android Advertising ID, no IDFA, no IMEI).
- We do not have any third-party advertising in the app.
- We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs (no Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Sentry, Bugsnag, Mixpanel, or similar).
- We do not have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any commercial third party.
Who sees your data
If you are using the app as a public user (no sign-in): your data stays on your device. Nobody else sees it.
If you join through your school: the super-admin at your school (typically a Religious Studies coordinator) sees your in-app progress (devotion completions, focus sessions, game scores). If you submit content (Suno songs, mini-games, testimonies, prayer requests, slogan posters), the super-admin reviews it before publishing; once published, it is visible to students at every participating school. Your parents — if they log in with your student credentials and toggle to the parent panel — see only your devotion-streak summary, not the content you have personally posted to the community feed.
Your school-plan progress is stored in your school's own Google Sheet (your school's data, controlled by your school), not a third-party data broker.
Encryption
All client–server traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS.
How long we keep your data
We keep your school-plan data for as long as you remain on a school plan. If you leave the school plan, your devotion-streak data persists locally on your device but is removed from the school's central record once your school super-admin removes your roster entry. You can also request immediate deletion from us directly (see below).
Data deletion
You can request immediate deletion of your account and all associated data — including your name, school registration, in-app activity, and any submitted content — at any time by emailing reclaim2k@lws.edu.hk with your school name, class, and student number. We confirm and act on deletion within 7 business days.
If you would like a specific submitted item (a Suno song, a mini-game, a testimony, a slogan poster) removed without deleting your whole account, email us with a short description and we will remove it within 7 business days.
Children's privacy
Reclaim2K is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If your school's roster includes a student under 13 (e.g., a younger F.1 student), we treat their data with the same care as all other students' data; please contact us immediately if you have specific concerns.
AI-assisted content
Some content in the app is AI-assisted. Specifically:
- Worship songs: lyrics are written by students; melodies are composed using AI music tools; submissions are reviewed by a super-admin before publishing.
- Slogan posters: visual designs are AI-assisted; text is student-authored.
Every AI-assisted item is clearly labelled with a 🤖 transparency badge in the app interface, in line with our broader commitment to honesty about AI use. The application's underlying code was also accelerated using AI-assisted programming tools, used personally by the Vice Principal as a productivity aid; the educational specification was authored by school staff.
Use of data for improvement, research & future development
Data you (student, parent or teacher) generate — e.g. usage time, Heavenly Focus Coin (HFC) records, devotion/timer completion, survey answers, screen-time figures you choose to provide, role, class and school — may be used in de-identified (anonymous) and/or aggregated form to: (a) operate and improve the app and programme; (b) an educational effectiveness study led by Mr Lo Wai-chung, Vice-Principal of CNEC Lau Wing Sang Secondary School (中華傳道會劉永生中學); (c) support funding applications, including the Quality Education Fund (QEF, 優質教育基金); and (d) transfer to the future Reclaim2K non-profit / charity once formally registered, for the same purposes. Any external output (research reports, funding applications, publications) uses only aggregated or anonymous data and never discloses personally identifiable information; pre/post data are linked by a random study ID, not by name. Participation in research is voluntary and revocable — you may use the app fully even if you decline, and you may withdraw at any time by emailing reclaim2k@lws.edu.hk.
Legal basis & data minimisation
We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong and its six Data Protection Principles, under the oversight of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD). We practise data minimisation — collecting only what is necessary. Some schools register students by name; others use a pseudonymous code, and a code or nickname may be used where a real name is not required. Under sections 18 and 22 of the Ordinance you may request access to and correction of your personal data.
Changes to this policy
We post updates to this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will also be announced via in-app notice.

我們收集甚麼
所有用戶
- 透過 Expo 標準回報的 匿名當機紀錄與運作診斷（用作除錯及推送線上內容更新）。
如你以學校身份登入
- 你的姓名（按學校學生名冊紀錄）
- 班別、座號及出生日期（用作根據學校名冊的登入驗證）
- 你的應用內活動——每日靈修完成度、專注時段次數、遊戲積分、植樹進度——讓老師查閱進度，讓家長給予鼓勵
- 你選擇提交的內容——Suno 詩歌、HTML 小遊戲、見證、代禱、口號海報。所有提交內容均由超級管理員審核後才會發佈。
- 你選擇上載的螢幕使用時間截圖（用作每週反思）。
我們不會收集甚麼
- 我們不會收集你的位置。
- 我們不會收集你裝置上的通訊錄、行事曆、音訊檔案、瀏覽紀錄或其他檔案。
- 我們不會收集任何裝置廣告識別碼（沒有 Android Advertising ID、IDFA、IMEI）。
- 我們沒有任何第三方廣告。
- 我們沒有使用任何第三方分析或追蹤 SDK（沒有 Adjust、AppsFlyer、Branch、Sentry、Bugsnag、Mixpanel 等）。
- 我們沒有任何應用內購買或訂閱。
- 我們不會把你的數據出售、出租或分享予廣告商、數據經紀或任何商業第三方。
誰會看到你的數據
如你以公眾用戶身份使用（毋須登入）：所有數據只儲存在你的裝置內，其他人看不到。
如你以學校身份登入：你學校的超級管理員（通常是宗教教育統籌教師）可以看到你應用內的進度（靈修完成度、專注時段、遊戲積分）。如你提交內容（Suno 詩歌、小遊戲、見證、代禱、口號海報），超級管理員會先審核才發佈；發佈後內容會在所有參與學校的學生中可見。家長——如以你的學生身份登入並切換至家長面板——只能看到你的靈修連續日數摘要，看不到你個別發佈到社群的內容。
你的學校計劃進度儲存在學校自己的 Google 試算表內（屬學校的數據、由學校管理），並非由第三方數據經紀持有。
加密
客戶端至伺服器的所有流量均採用 HTTPS / TLS 加密。
數據保留期
我們會在你仍屬於學校計劃期間保留你的學校計劃數據。如你退出學校計劃，你的靈修連續日數仍會儲存在你的裝置上，但學校超級管理員從學校名冊移除你的紀錄後，學校中央紀錄上的相關數據亦會清除。你亦可隨時直接向我們申請即時刪除（見下文）。
數據刪除
你可隨時申請即時刪除帳戶及所有相關數據——包括姓名、學校登記、應用內活動及任何已提交內容——只需電郵 reclaim2k@lws.edu.hk，並提供學校名稱、班別及座號。我們會在 7 個工作天內確認並執行刪除。
如你只希望刪除某項已提交內容（如某首 Suno 詩歌、某個小遊戲、某段見證、某張口號海報）而非整個帳戶，請電郵說明，我們會在 7 個工作天內移除。
兒童私隱
Reclaim2K 適用於 13 歲或以上用戶。我們不會故意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。如學校名冊內有低於 13 歲的學生（如年幼的中一同學），我們會以同等謹慎處理其數據；如有特定關注，請即時與我們聯絡。
AI 輔助內容
應用內部分內容由 AI 輔助製作，包括：
- 敬拜詩歌：歌詞由學生創作；旋律由 AI 音樂工具譜寫；提交內容經超級管理員審核後才發佈。
- 口號海報：視覺設計由 AI 輔助；文字由學生創作。
所有 AI 輔助項目均在應用介面標示 🤖 透明度標籤，符合我們對 AI 使用透明的承諾。應用程式底層程式碼亦在副校長個人使用 AI 編程輔助工具下加速開發；教育規格由學校教職員撰寫。
資料用於計劃改善、研究及未來發展
你（學生、家長或老師）使用本應用程式所產生的數據——例如使用時間、天國專注幣（HFC）紀錄、靈修／計時完成紀錄、問卷回應、你自願提供的螢幕使用時間、角色、班別及學校——可能會以去識別化（匿名）及／或彙總形式，用於：（甲）營運及改善本應用程式及計劃；（乙）由中華傳道會劉永生中學（CNEC Lau Wing Sang Secondary School）副校長盧維中先生主持之教育成效研究；（丙）申請資助，包括優質教育基金（Quality Education Fund, QEF）；及（丁）在 Reclaim2K 日後正式註冊為非牟利機構／慈善團體後，將數據轉移予該機構作上述用途。對外發表（研究報告、資助申請、刊物）只使用彙總或匿名數據，不會披露可識別個人身份的資料；前測與後測以隨機編號連結，而非姓名。參與研究屬自願及可撤回——即使不同意，你仍可完整使用本應用程式；你可隨時電郵 reclaim2k@lws.edu.hk 撤回。
法律依據及資料最小化
本計劃按照香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）及其六項保障資料原則處理個人資料，並受個人資料私隱專員公署（PCPD）監管。我們奉行資料最小化，只收集所需資料。部分學校以真實姓名登記學生，部分使用匿名代號；在毋須真實姓名時，可使用代號或暱稱。根據條例第18及22條，你可要求查閱及更正你的個人資料。
政策變更
如做法有所改變，我們會更新此頁。頁首的「最後更新」日期反映最近變更。重大變更亦會透過應用內通知公佈。
