🍂 學年之始,正是規劃的時機。不少老師需要在這段時間提交全年教學計劃 —— 不妨現在就把 Reclaim2K 這個「重奪二千」運動寫進你的計劃裏,讓它自然融入課堂與科組活動。 The start of the year is planning season — many teachers submit their whole-year scheme of work now. It's the perfect moment to write the Reclaim2K movement into your plan so it fits naturally into lessons and departments.

新學期是重整習慣的最佳起點。以 「開學挑戰 Back-to-School Challenge」作班級／全級啟動,一開學就把減少的手機時間轉化為成長。

📖 連結宗教科課題 Anchor to an RS topic

在某一級別／班別,把 Reclaim2K 連結到一個宗教科課題,讓遊戲與默想成為該課的延伸活動。例如:

  • 🌱 撒種的比喻(太 13)→ 心田與專注(可用《落在好土》遊戲 + 五課教案)
  • 📵 手機成為偶像 → 十誡「除我以外,不可有別的神」/ 拜偶像
  • ⏳ 善用光陰‧才幹的比喻(太 25)→ 管家職分
  • 🕊️ 聖靈的果子‧節制(加 5)→ 基督徒品格
  • ⚔️ 屬靈爭戰(弗 6)→ 基督徒生命
